Currently the SIM provider "1NCE" has global communication problems. All devices using these SIM cards are affcted. We try to get more info about the issue and will update the state afterwards.
2020-11-05 15:50. We see some vehicles, using 1NCE cards coming back on line now. Hopefully all get back within the next hour.
The only possibilities to get access for customers with reservations, not sent to the vehicle are
- using the convadis app app (reservation is transmitted via smart phone app of user and bluetooth to car). (for devices with BLE integrated only)
- Using the emergency code: https://wiki.convadis.ch/index.php/Emergency_code_CBox_Modulo_and_C-Compact BLE app or the emergency code
- Give car key to user.
- Give white list card to user
